Face 01 | Facial Architecture "Face 01" is a study on the synthesis of portraiture through the lens of concrete geometry and cubist abstraction. The work defragments human features into overlapping planes and diagonal lines, creating a facial architecture where light and shadow dictate volume. Inspired by constructivist rigor, the piece eliminates the superfluous to focus on the essential structure, transforming individual identity into a composition of pure and dynamic forms. The contrast between warm and cool tones is used to project depth, allowing the face to emerge from the canvas with an almost sculptural presence. The light direction and meticulous shadow design are fundamental to creating three-dimensionality, enhancing every geometric intersection. With minimal strokes, the work reflects a search for visual essence, joining design sensitivity with the structural logic of a career dedicated to architecture.
